Yes. Photos only start at $135, and the Basic, Pro and Plus packages are $225, $375 and $805, whatever the square footage. Travel is free within 15 miles, measured from our base in Sarasota. Further out, a flat fee by distance is shown on the order page before you pay.
Can you fly the drone near the airport?
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport sits just south of Bradenton, and parts of the city fall inside its controlled airspace, so some flights need FAA approval first. We request it through LAANC, which is usually instant, so there’s no extra notice to give. We’re FAA Part 107 certified and carry $1 million in liability insurance.
When should a riverfront or bayfront home be shot?
Homes on the south bank of the Manatee River look north across the water, so the sun stays behind the camera for much of the day. Homes facing Palma Sola Bay look west and are at their best late in the day, when a real twilight visit, 10 photos for $150, catches the sunset and the lights on.
