Questions about plans and 3D tours
Is a floor plan included in every package?
Yes. Basic, Pro and Plus each come with a schematic floor plan with room measurements, and so does the Short Term Rental Package. On a photos-only order the plan is $20.
How are the rooms measured?
The plan is drawn from a scan of the home made during the shoot, and every room is labelled with its size, balconies and closets included.
Plan measurements are highly reliable but not guaranteed, so the square footage on the MLS should still come from the appraisal or the county record.
What is a Zillow 3D Plus tour?
An immersive 3D tour that buyers move through room by room, with an interactive floor plan and room measurements, and it can be shared on the MLS. It’s $100, and it comes in the Plus package.
Is it the same as a Matterport tour?
It’s a different product. We shoot Zillow 3D Plus tours, made for the Zillow listing and shareable as a link anywhere else.
What files do I get?
The plan arrives the next day as JPG, PDF and PNG files, unbranded and ready for the MLS.
Can I order a floor plan without photos?
No. The floor plan comes with a photo order: it’s in every package, or a $20 add-on to photos.
