Questions about listing video
How much does real estate video cost in Sarasota?
A 60-second listing film is $200 and a 120-second film is $275. Both are horizontal and cover the inside, the outside and the drone. A vertical reel is $135, plus $20 if you want to be in it. Thirty seconds of drone-only footage is $145. The Plus package already includes the 60-second film.
What’s the difference between a listing film and a reel?
A listing film is horizontal, 60 or 120 seconds, and made for the MLS video link, YouTube and the listing website. A reel is vertical, 30 to 60 seconds, and made for Instagram, TikTok and stories, where people watch on a phone held upright.
They’re shot differently, so one isn’t cropped from the other: a reel is framed for a tall screen from the first shot.
Can I be in the video?
Yes. Add an Agent video intro to a reel or a horizontal film for $20: you on camera at the listing, like the Siesta Key reel above.
Does the film include drone footage?
Yes. The 60 and 120-second films include interior, exterior and aerial footage. If you only need the view, the drone-only clip is thirty seconds for $145.
What is the AI video tour?
A video made from 12 or 13 of your finished listing photos, with no second visit to the house. Each photo is cleaned up and brought into one moving walkthrough, for $180. It’s a good fit when the listing is already shot and you want motion for social.
How soon do I get the video?
Video is shot on the same visit as the photos. Films and reels arrive the next day. Custom projects can take longer.
Is there music, and can I post it on the MLS?
Yes. We help choose music for your film. An unbranded version for the MLS is available on request.
Can the film go on my own website?
Yes. The listing film and the reels can play on your own site as well as on social, next to the photos from the same shoot. Need a website? Read why →
